    Who am I?

    I’m Candace Seabolt, a student Physical Therapist Assistant, NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Coach. My approach to fitness goes beyond reps and diets—I focus on helping women build strength, mobility, and resilience through a holistic, somatic approach. By integrating breathwork, intuitive movement, and recovery, I teach a way of training that supports both body and mind, so you can move with confidence and feel your best every day.
